Campagna (anciently known as Civitas Campaniae) is a town of the province of Salerno, in the Campania region of Southern Italy. It is located in one of the valleys of the Picentini Mountains, at an altitude of 270 meters above sea level. Thanks to its ancient origins, mighty monuments, breathtaking landscape and mild climate, it has become a very attractive place to visit at various times of the year. Campagna is known as "the city of water and fire" and shows its unique characteristics through traditional festivals throughout the year such as 'a Chiena in summer and I Fucanoli in winter.
Furthermore, Campagna is just 30 minutes drive from the wonderful Cilentan Coast and Paestum, 40 minutes from the colorful Amalfi Coast, and 50 minutes from the ancient city of Pompei.
